The first episode sees nursing-home employee Sarah find out that her teen daughter is pregnant.
In the Dark S1 – Twenty-something Murphy is fed up with her life. She uses her blindness as armour to keep people at a distance, spending her days drinking, smoking and having one-night stands. The only person she can connect with is 17-year-old street kid Tyson. One night, she is convinced she finds him dead and sets out to find the culprit. The only thing is, no-one will believe her. - Lane 1974 (2017) – Huffington Post called this the “must-see coming-of-age film of the year”. It’s the story of a 13-year-old girl growing up in the hippie culture of the 70s who is forced to take on adult responsibilities thanks to her mother’s irresponsible attitude to child-rearing. It is based on writer Clane Hayward’s own experiences and won the Grand Jury Prize for New American Cinema Competition at the Seattle International Film Festival.
Johnny English Strikes Again (2018) – When a cyber-attack reveals the identities of Britain’s undercover agents, the powers that be called on their most effective spy to solve the problem. “Effective” but clumsy and well, quite unorthodox, Johnny English comes out of retirement to save the secret service from a very skilled and determined hacker.
Suidooster (weekdays) – This week, there is some good news for the Gerbers when Stefan gets bail and a trial date. Bridgette is torn over her marriage and her future, but Ian is ready to fight for her.

- Victoria S3 – The third season sees Victoria having to deal with a whole new crisis. The revolution in Europe has made its way to British shores, and the Chartist movement is threatening to overthrow the monarchy. She is going to have to deal with it, but she’s also heavily pregnant.
- Please Stand By (2017) – Dakota Fanning brings to life the character of Wendy Welcott, an autistic woman who’s determined to live a normal life and do it on her own. Wendy runs away from her caregiver to take on the big bad world of Hollywood. All she wants is to enter the Star Trek writing competition and come what may, that is exactly what she’ll do.
- Monsters Among Us – The Monster of Tholeni was a serial killer who terrorised the people of a quiet village near Butterworth in the Eastern Cape for three years. He killed more than 20 people, mostly woman and young girls before he was finally apprehended. But what was the real story behind this ruthless predator? This documentary delves deeper.
Active Measures – It sounded like a conspiracy theory, but as the evidence piled up, it became increasingly clear that Russian president Vladimir Putin held more sway on American soil – and in the White House – than anyone had realised. Savvy viewers will definitely want to consider the case presented in this 90-minute documentary that examines decades of evidence of corruption and propaganda, and which The Wrap says, “connects the dots with methodical precision”.
Die Spreeus – This episode sees an argument between neighbours become a police matter when a dog is found dead in the backyard. But there’s clearly something else at play here. The Spreeus decide to overnight in the house themselves, and the battle against a new creature threatens to destroy them.

Heading the police department is Captain Joe Martin who arrives with his wife, Honor, to replace the outgoing and much-loved Captain Nick Page.
Harry & Meghan: The First Tour (Royal Season) – Just six months after their wedding, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex set off on their first royal tour together – a jam-packed 18-day South Pacific tour that included Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and Tonga. In this special documentary, ITV’s Royal Editor, Chris Ship, follows Harry and Meghan and takes an in-depth look at the issues highlighted by the tour that are close to the couple’s hearts, such as the Invictus Games in Sydney.
